La Agricultura de Conservación (AC) es un sistema de producción agrícola que se basa en tres principios: a) remoción mínima del suelo (sin labranza); b) cobertura del suelo (mantillo) con los residuos del cultivo anterior, con plantas vivas, o ambos y c) rotación de cultivos.
