The Business Model Orientation Workshop was delivered on the 8th February, 2014 as part of the FACASI Planning event for activities in Zimbabwe and Ethiopia in Harare, Zimbabwe. The workshop was led by David Kahan, CIMMYT, and Richard Rose, iDE with participants from the public and private sectors in Ethiopia and Zimbabwe. The main objective of the session was to help participants understand the business drivers for scaling-up 2WT-based technologies for CA to small-holder farmers. The workshop followed the structure of the forward plan for the FACASI business modeling activities which will commence in 2014.
